Set goals of what you want to achieve from your job and think clearly on the type of organisation you want to be a part of. Make a 5 year plan so that you know where you want to stand in a half a decade and work towards it.
Plan For Further Studies
Studying further is at times the right solution. If you picked up a stream in college that will enable you to study further then by all means it is a good idea.
