Myntra.com, has found a new way to attract more customers, it has unveiled a ‘Style Service’, a complimentary telephonic style helpline service that enables people to get fashion tips.
The model and actress, Nargis Fakhri launched the service. The Style Service aims to provide solutions to queries about anything related to fashion, from pairing the right accessories with one’s apparel, donning on the right shade of lip-gloss or mascara or simply about what will complete the day’s ensemble.
Speaking at the event, Mukesh Bansal, CEO, Myntra and Head of Fashion, Flipkart, said, “Myntra has always been committed to helping customers’ look and feel great by providing them with a curated collection of apparel, footwear and accessories to choose from. We now take this engagement a notch higher with the launch of ‘Myntra Style Helpline’. We are excited to roll out this first of its kind style service, where shoppers can avail personalised style advice directly from fashion experts regarding the latest trends and style alerts to help them look their fashionable best, every day.”
